Xtreme HD respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This policy explains how copyright owners can submit a notice regarding material they believe infringes their rights.
1. Our position
Xtreme HD provides a streaming technology and does not knowingly host or promote infringing material. Where we receive a valid notice, we act promptly to investigate and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material in question.
2. Submitting a notice
If you are a copyright owner or authorised agent and believe your work has been made available through our service without authorisation, please send a written notice to support@xtreme-hduk.uk including:
- Your name, organisation and contact details.
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the material and where it can be found.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to act.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
3. Our response
Upon receiving a valid notice, we will review it and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the material and, where relevant, notifying the user responsible.
4. Counter-notice
If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with the same contact details, identifying the material and explaining why it should be restored.
