MAG boxes are dedicated IPTV hardware. To use Xtreme HD, we register your box's MAC address and give you a portal URL.
Step-by-step
- On your MAG box, go to Settings → System settings → Servers → Portals.
- Enter the Portal URL we provide for your account.
- Send us your box's MAC address so we can register it.
- Save and restart the box (or reload the portal).
- Your channels and EPG will load — you're ready.
Good to know
- Your MAC address is on a sticker under the box and in the system settings.
- Use Ethernet for the most reliable picture on the big screen.
Troubleshooting
Portal won't load
Check the portal URL is exactly right and that we've registered your MAC address. Message us and we'll confirm.
Buffering
Use Ethernet, restart the box and router, and make sure your speed is 25 Mbps+ for 4K.
